Very cool but goodbye framerate
The apc is not an apc ![]()

All we need now is a flamethrower buff so they become just as formidable as they look.
I would say downtier them. Maybe a buff would be worth considering instead depending on the implementation tho
I’d much prefer a buff. I don’t want br2 games to be filled with flamethrowers.
The Universal Carrier might get called an APC a lot, but it’s really not what people usually mean by that. Proper APCs, like the M3 half-track, were built to carry a full squad under protection and let them get in and out quickly, usually from the rear. The Carrier couldn’t do that, it was cramped, open-topped, and you had to climb over the sides to get in or out, which isn’t exactly ideal under fire, and thus also not ideal for an armoured infantry transport.
In practice, they weren’t used to move infantry sections around either. They mostly carried weapons, ammo, supplies, or wounded men, or even towing artillery, rather than carrying extra soldiers. And from a organizational level for the British military (and I assume the Dominions as well), “real” APCs were as a rule tied to armored formations (the drivers of these APCs themselves often being tankers as well, equiped in their kit), while Carriers were used all over the army in all kinds of roles throughout the entire military.
So they’re not APCs, it’s more accurate to think of them as “armoured utility vehicles”, rather than clown cars.
Thank god it’s a video game!
I’m curious tho. There’s so many ways to buff them but you still wanna make them not too unfun to fight. Whats ur suggestion?
My poor Scotti…

The Scotti is now the best assault rifle in the game so not sure why ur complaining
Personally I think the flame jet damage should be increased but some sort of overheat mechanic should be added that forces flamethrowers to be used in short bursts instead of being able to hold down the trigger for ages (think m3 Stuart with flamethrower type performance)
Either overheat or switching out igniters would be good
Those should be the default for most U.S. squads in all campaigns.
If the devs won’t do that, then they should at least add them to the cosmetic pool, I’m tired of using the tan/green pants
Why are those in tunisia?
Beats me, I don’t know much about US uniforms… They were a mid-war thing (up until and including early Normandy, then phased out), that’s about what I know…
Afaik frog camo was used almost exclusively in the Pacific with one division in Normandy being issued the uniforms for testing purposes
also,
These are defaults on one squad now… Don’t know if they were there before…
Are you saying that the Tunisia brown pants are on a Normandy squad or are you referring to a different campaign/and/or the brown camo?
Sadly they won’t remove the collar patches because the uniforms all use one generic model with different textures/colors applied. Makes it easier to add new stuff
I’m saying that they’re brown camo pants, available in Tunisia… I don’t think I saw them anywhere else, but I didn’t check that thuroughly. I was more focused on finding “brown pants”, than noting down where they could be found…
Will there be other uniforms for the Germans, or more than one? Because those already exist, right? (Germans)
those should only be on the 1928 USMC Thompson squad and the M1A1 paratrooper squad if I am correct
I hope so, I just want a basic rifleman kit with Mauser pouches (Bonus points if they fix the Feldgrau color)
also @Euthymia07-live did the devs fix this?
