I dont think it is necessary. I myself can easily destroy T-34’s with the pz.IV J and it is fine for me. Just use the map obstacles to your advantage and either be undetected or stay hull down. And if you dont like it either wait for the panther or use the jagdpanzer if you have it - a little angle and you bounce all T-34 shots.

If you suggestions berlin balance like this, you will be insulted by Soviet users(Some stupid). because they always want to be stronger than germany. After my comment, there is a 99.99% chance that this post will have a reply “Berlin balance is fine. You are wrong”.

Just get the Panther and forget about the PZ4. Its only level 12 or something low and I’m sure the Tiger is coming to Berlin. The Germans dont need to be better on every single campaign level and the Panther is dare I say better than both T34s

i cant talk for the german i didnt play them yet, but i didnt have much problem with panther either just bc i played wt.
that is just bc every single t34 user is braindead like jumbo user, i literally watch my teammates rush the enemy tank exposing their sides and not even trying to get cover.
(btw i just unlocked the ppsh, why ppl tell is like god like? it doesnt seem that good)

Puma beats the Stuart but Jumbo beats the PZ4. Panther beats jumbo and the M10. There are ups and downs to every campaign. T34 beats PZ4J but Panther beats both T34s. I’ve played both sides of Berlin and can definitely say the Panther is currently the best tank there for me though it isnt a huge disparity

PPSH with the drum? Drum version is amazing and can wipe entire squads without a reload. Put the vertical recoil perk on and its pretty crazy
berlin regarding tanks is the most balanced campaign, each tank can KO another tank smoothly with one hit (if the player has their brains on)

Yep for sure. Both the last T34 and the Panther is more about who shoots first. I just find the Panther performs better for me, probably trolls newer tankers

Neither does the drum lol the 71 round drum just makes it crazy but I still have 2 max leveled PPSH with the normal magazines too
the drum has more recoil if you are lying on the ground than the box version, and I use both so I noticed it

If you have arms you can easy destroy t34.
Eheh worst part is they tweaked it. It was worse when Berlin was first released, the SECOND match I’ve played tanker on Russian side I got 14 tank kills. 14!!! I had no shells left and it was so hilarious I got 2 of the tank kills using HE!

the pz IV can one pen T34s from the turett cheeks ( unless that one soak the shells which sometimes happens )

Pz4 can deal with everything su currently have. If, played smart.
Pz4 armored does sustain a little more damage from t34s tho.
I agree that Pz4 are pretty much useless once Panther unlocked. All high tier tanks from both Normandy and Berlin campaigns very often one shots Pz4 from front.
because both the Panzer IV H and the T34-85 were comparable to each other.
Both could penetrate each other without much of a problem.
However since this game tries to tell us that the T34-85 is superior to the Panther tank I am seriously confused about their decision here.
Like okay even if the devs rly believe that the T34-85 was some sort of Uber god tank, why would they then let it fight something that was just as good?
So for me there are only two possible explanations:
either they messed the balance up by accident,
or they did it on purpose to glorify their iconic god tank.
