No, not really. Germany gets stuff like Pz3B, which was relegated to training units and was produced in even smaller numbers than the T-50. Both sides have about the same awkwardness in equipment. But yes, the devs will not add OP stuff like the T-34 or KV-1.
May be smaller bombs, but there are more bombs. Balances things out quite well, as for anti-infantry you’d rather have the carpet bombing capability.
It would have to be accurate to be balanced. If you don’t want blind T-34s, then you’ll have to settle with no T-34s.
Its armor would cause the exact same issues as T-34 or KV-1.
It was exactly my point that it can pen any of them with ease even the Pz IV and 38(t) with their 50mm front armor. Correct me if I am wrong but the HE rounds of the T-28 are supposed to be something like 35~40mm pen at 0° yes?
