That’s the most commie thing I have ever heard in my whole life. To gatekeep something behind a price.
Literally everything is “gatekept” behind some price in our society.

nobody asked for your interpretation.
commie or not ( are they in a room with you right now ? )
it’s still a form of gatekeeping.
which nobody is saying it’s good or bad except you lol.
… point is, It’s not exsclusive if it’s obtainable through other means.
but you’re a broken record at this point.
I think the pair of you should take this to the PM system, and stop spamming a news thread…
Keep the thread on-topic, and the conversation civil and respectful.
I dont want to be rude but what exactly are we protecting here?
This topic was somehow already a ghost town only a few hours after its release.
Not sure how they managed that but somehow even the people getting exited to by new squads are missing. Without those “spam” mesages the news topic would have less replied than you average mess room topic.
Typical Gaijin. Don’t expect anything good from them.
Soon, there will be no more squads available for purchase — 100% FOMO.
I’m worried that Enlisted will turn into crap like War Thunder in the near future.
The news threads are here for constructive debate, they’re not here for users to descend into petty squabbles and name calling.
He is but without him the forum will be so boring
With who I will argue with ![]()
The guy that says people deserve to be banned because playing badly obviously means they’re actively trying to ruin the game.
Valid.
Aw hell nah
That’s why I never got into warthunder. And I’m sure glad I didn’t
Well, the squad is definitely worth it just for this camo alone.
Cannot wait for it to be purchasable in other squads.
Panzer 4 J from the Vanguard Pack please!
Platodamnpee, philosopher of gatekeeping.
They’re just regurgitating the same old squads over and over again.
Nothing new from what I can tell, and since I already forked out money for some of them in the past, the sale is worthless to me.
Maybe if weapons were unlocked I could justify buying a couple more, but no reason to waste more on squads that will just collect dust.
This forced gatekeeping is well beyond horsewater. Enlisted is the only game on the planet that is a virtual library of nearly every WWI–WWII firearm, and you should seriously capitalize on that.
Every single gun in Enlisted history should either be added to the Tech Tree or come back from time to time as a new premium rotating in and out of the shop permanently. Major high-interest old weapons such as the Cönders MG, NKVD M1921A 100, Vickers Mk I No. 2, and ZH-29 20 would sell like candy, especially with the ability to purchase them from the TT instantly for the price of a premium squad. I promise you, this game would make three times the amount of money with this system.
The original squads from pre-orders and early backers should keep their original squad names and receive unique benefits, such as ridiculously high amounts of perk points, increased squad sizes, the ability to respawn immediately without having to rotate through three other squads, and a special “(OG)” marker on their guns in the kill feed.
For example, if the M2 Hyde and MP-41 are brought back as new premiums, the OGs should get, at the bare minimum, Assaulter IV perk points and be upgraded to a full seven-man assaulter lineup with an engineer and AT gunner, all equipped with the MP-41 or M2 Hyde. Their weapons would also display a unique “(OG)” marker in the kill feed as an exclusive for them.
I’ve been playing this game ever since I realized that it was on PS4, and I missed out on the MP-41 because it was unavailable to purchase unless you had next-generation consoles. I was aware of Enlisted’s development from Cuisine Royale, which was an awful game since you could literally get one-hit by a baseball bat from 30 meters away.
This is something the devs should seriously consider. Everybody wins in this scenario: OGs get upgrades, new players get to use those guns while everyone knows they aren’t OGs, and Gaijin makes bank.
That’s not gatekeeping. Plus those squads are not removed from existence. They’ll eventually return in some form.
That’s something that definitely shouldn’t happen.
You mean the MP-41 that was for PS5, XBox SX, and PC Moscow players only? Sounds like gatekeeping to me…

This has nothing to do with the summer sales, but could you look into this? With the latest update, a limit has been introduced on the number of mods that can be downloaded on PS5. I’m not saying there shouldn’t be a limit, but could we at least access the mods we download so we can delete the ones we don’t need? I’m going to create a bug report on Gaijin tomorrow, but I wanted to know if you’re aware of this.
Basically, the game is asking me to delete mods, but how? There was never such an option.
