It will only 1hk at below 20m, past that it’s 2 hit kill (if you by some miracle can hit them twice in a row) which is just pathetic when you look at the awful recoil and tiny mag size. It should deal 15 dmg at 100m and 1hk no matter what if it needs to have such awful stats.
It’s already ultra inaccurate and way worse than Fedorov so why would it need to be worse? It’s a BP weapon so it could be Feddy but 20% better in stats. Practically all German guns are inferior to Soviet and American guns so let’s give them something good for once.
Make it 25 round gun, give it 15 dmg at 100m and have a little buffed recoil so it would still be worse than Fedorov but in skilled hand that could burst it would be one shotting people across the map just like Fedorov Rifle.
Only MG42 100 is better than crappy M1916A6 but then USA has Stinger (i have 4 of them) and Soviets have RD-44 so what does Germany has better than those two nations? Mkb42 sniper maybe but since you can’t have vitality or more than 3 snipers it’s a pretty mediocre squad. Outside of those two situational guns they got absolutely nothing, they got outclassed in ARs, Smgs, Rifles and MGs.

They could drop the hit power to say, 9.6 or 10, give it a 25 round magazine and put in BR3 as I would use it there, but for all intensive purposes, there is no BR4 and unless it gets a major buff it is no where near a BR5 weapon. The Dev’s need to stop eating paint chips.

Any change would be better than leaving this gun with awful stats and tiny magazine, i have already left two suggestion for Gaijin and it’s only up to them if they want to improve it in intelligent manner or not. Their answer is obviously nope, we will do it in the dumbest and most uncreative way possible.
Their idea of buffing recoil and then giving it unrealistic 800+ rpm that will make recoil as bad if not worse than currently are is just laughable. They are just trolling German players it’s not a coincidence.
They want yet another gun to rot in our storage just like Breda PG CR (that can’t hit anything) or useless Winchester BP shotgun that nobody uses as it’s the worst shotgun in a game even secondary pistol slot shotgun from one scummy event BP is much stronger.
