The French defeat is a case study on how political unstability and low civilian moral can cost you a war. For example the French army was gutted because (leftist) politicians were scared of an army led coup, amongst other things. Nobody could handle the german epic new doctrine ? I know you have no knowledge but come on, De Gaule theorized mobile warfare well before the german ever put it into practice. Could you please not talk about subjects you don’t understand and especially not try to pass yourself as an expert over it ? Thanks.

The ardenne forest weakness wasn’t ignored, A french officer wanting to do manoeuvers in the ardennes to prove tanks could pass in was canceled by high command. You can actually find all of this on the internet, it’s covered by many mainstream history channel. From the political landscape to the worthless high command. It’s easy to bypass all the French tactical victories (like the belgian tank battles or anything Leclerc did ) by taking the brainlet “haha 40 days” route. Anything really in depth, like the leftist union putting arms factories on strike during the war, or the struggles of young officers against the old guard are mostly untranslated French sources.
