Do you want them to be BR 3?
Or are you asking for british M61 shells on american tanks?
If u think handling a MKb42 in ~BR3 is going to be weak, thats quite a skill issue. 
Personally I expect it to be extremely good due to its inherent accuracy (prob top 5 weapon at the BR), and having the Mkb in lower BR pays homage to its deployment as one of the first “true” assault rifles in WW2.
Why ppl are attempting to PRE-CRY at this ??

Hopefully we get some form of event with a full commandos squad with those, maybe along a similar squad for Japan so they aren’t left out…
I hope both will come in full camouflaged attires, a bit like the one axis got with their silenced stg.

Also, can you please remove this ammo belt + mg box from the paratrooper uniforms? it looks hella goofy, and overrides other cosmetics as it is tied to the shirt for some reason. If you cant remove it, can you at least make an option without it?

M3 Medium was American tank and used APCBC shells.
Crusader used both APC and APCBC shells (but with no tnt filler but it had better pen so i want it). I dunno about mk1 they probably had same solid APCBC shell with no tnt filler. Obviously M24 would also get explosive filler in it’s APCBC.

It will be if it has just 10 rounds. It will be less than worthless. At BR2 i already have 20 round AR and at BR3 there are BAR copies for Germany so what’s the point? Even version with 15 rounds would be situational. Give me 20 round version or go home.
A quick search told me that they had suppressed Type 99’s and they were working on silenced pistols. I’m assuming that means INTERNALLY suppressed pistols. But not as widely used as Allies suppressed guns.

But with what reasoning would that one stay in BR 2 if given the M61?
It would litterly be a F2/ Chi-nu but 50% better.
You have very crappy armor and much slower reload speed than Crusader so not really. Beside all JP tanks outside of Ho-ri need to get downtiered.
Anyway i have already suggested to not completely replace it’s main shell butreplace some shells with APCBC - we have 21 AP rounds and 10 smoke rounds we can cut them both by 33%. which results in 10 shells 10 APCBC shells should be more than enough. New shell count: 14 AP, 20 HE, 10 APCBC, 7 smoke.
Just use some creativity mate.

Currently confirmed for 15rds.
Assuming 15rds, its very very strong at BR3. Run with assaulter4 for fast reload. Profit.

How does having only a limited amount of ammo make it better? You really only need 1 M61 to oneshot a tank due to large amount of filler.
So is beeing able to only kill 10 tanks really a downside even worth concidering?
