man, the m5 can even go through my frontal armor of my PZ III N.

as i said, i ain’t a war thunder ace, tanker or whatever.
but the m5, unlike the puma, can get a lot of punches.
if angled, it’s a disguised tiger tank for the americans.

how can you say that underpeform?

i played the m5, and does not underperform at all.
overhall, for the main thread, all HE shells should be reworked in my opinion.

but giving more anti infantry power to that tank that is already better than the puma due to their mg mag.

that’s a big no from me.

it’s preatty much not.

i’ll tell you that.

exept it does.
and this factor can be noticed more when your 50 mm does not gun breach his little pencil cannon.
or when that square tin can seems immune to 50mm shells. like, you get the components, but the crew it’s still there. sponge-shelling everything.

trying to get the gunner? well too bad. the turrett it’s a giant block unpenetrable for a 50 mm. when on his end, the puma turrett can be almost penetrated anywhere.

it is truee that enlisted and war thunder are different games.
but something really went wrong when you are putting 5 shells into the m5 in different places and that one still goes on with no trouble.

no. it’s the explosive tnt thingy being bugged.
always have been,

because i recall throwing tnt to vehicles, under them, and what happen? slight tracks and engine damage.

I could see the canister shot being a very limited ammo sidegrade for the M5A1, once they implement upgrade trees. Have it replace the HE shell, and only have a few shots available.

The canister shot is useful for clusters of soldiers, and as nearly everyone has between 3 - 6 window lickers running in tow, you’d see why it would become rather problematic. The sheer lethality that it provides will be very hard to balance if you give it a sizeable amount of ammo.

The reason that majority agrees puma overpreforms totally reveals you either don’t even play the m5 stuart or you play it very rarely

Puma can and will survive direct crew shots

I haven’t seen a majority saying that the Puma overperforms, honestly. Where are you getting that infor from?

i just don’t understand how can you defend a puma when it’s engageing an m5.

i do understand that the puma has it’s own problems but you are overlooking the m5 as a whole.

hate to break it to you, but 6 people aren’t enough and does not furfill nor be mentioned as " everyone "

I don’t know why (nation)mains have to negate when their weapon clearly has a bug or overpreforms

Play all nations, learn their advantages and disadvantages
Some problems you can’t see by playing only one faction

but as i said. it’s the TNT being bugged on the newer vehicle.

happened the same with the t.28.

right on the roof, it just slight damage the tracks, and the engine.

got an m8 from the side, it killed the ammo for some reason.

putted another tnt in the engine of an M5. got engine and tracks just to orange…

believe it or not, i have played this game enough to tell you what’s bs. and what’s not.

as PZ III N my self survived from tnt under my tank.

something is wrong with them, not any stalhkruppen pumas.

?? I’ve just started the Normandy campaign - currently lvl 3 - last game killed 3 Puma’s - 2 x 1 shot from front with 37mm, 1 instant death from expl pack… :thinking: :thinking: :thinking:
