Sounds like a bad idea, imagine if a new player manages to get in the tank and he/she gets one shot by an experience player. The team gets punished because a new player was incompetent, why not limit this punishment to the player? No need to punish good players

I clocked out for a few months because the explosive spam and tank spam isn’t fun.
Came back to see if something changed, apparently nothing changed.

I do spam meta squads now and then.
But, consider. Why would one buy extra slots to have up to 6 vehicles squads if he can only spawn one every 5 min.
I usually spawn one when I have to. And if some how they get me and I can deal with them on my next spawn, why shouldnt I be allowed to use my other tank if I own it and I have it equiped?
Not that I do disagree with you, but just so I can understand why one should be botlenecked after getting the extra slots to do exacly this in favor of someone that dont want to deal with a tank.
And if he was spawning tanks over and over, only means your team was dealing with it.
It’s free extra xp then. Stupid is the guy spamming them if that was even the case.

The game needs to hit a balance between fun and financially profitable. Right now it’s missing the mark in terms of fun. It has for months.
Im only allowed to do the above coz of extra slots. Was actually one of a few reasons to have so many, so I can play with another tank if I have to.

This doesn’t mean it’s fun. Having the tools to deal with spam doesn’t make spam fun.
Just like having the tools to fix your teeth after a guy smashes then out with a crowbar isn’t fun. Can you fix it? Yes. Is it gonna be fun? No.

That could have been me. I used 4 tank squads in Moscow today. And it was really funny.
You just need to throw a detonation pack or flank my tank with yours. Or bomb it with a plane.
It’s not invincible.
Edit: I just read OP post before.
I joined a game, playing Axis only, where the first capture point was almost captured by allies as I joined the match. I wasn’t having that. So spawned in tank. It Wwas birch trees forest map between burning wooden houses. I just killed one tank after another there. 7. And later we lost anyways. But so many infantry left and right, they tried it with grenades for minutes, jumping on me. I laughed my ass off.
Another match was me against a T50 I think. I wasn’t really capable to Finnish it. So it took me like 5 tanks to spawn before I could blow it up.
Annoying? Sure. But fun, somehow.
I am getting angry at folk who doesn’t capture or defend the objectives, who’s gonna do something about that instead?
Some farm hundreds of kills, some like vehicles, some like simple rifles.
Can’t imagine real balance. Try to find any fun yor you in this game.

To me it is fun the way it is. It’s war…
I don’t mind if there is 1 tank or 2 or 3… Most of the times there is only 1 tank in the battlefield or max 2. I swarm out with my tankbusters and make these tin cans explode no matter what.
I love the tank hunting aspect of the game so much I even would love to see more tanks

If I want to use snipers the entire match, I should be allowed to do so.
If I want to use assaulters the entire match, I should be allowed to do so.
If I want to use Tanks the entire match, well… every one should have the ability to have 3 vehicle slots, so more free slots should become a thing, at least a unlock would be nice.
The point is, its not “spamming” the same type of unit which is a problem, but instead the problem really is that we have a very obvious META, which dictates you to use the same type of unit always.
Also tanks are no problem, AT weapons can reliably kill tanks at 100m distance, especially the Panzerfaust, and If you are grayzone camping at 150 meters distance, you might as well go play fighter pilot flying around and getting one kill every 5 minutes.

Friendly reminde that two campaigns contains the Faust (and one just for Axis on End-Level).
Except that you can get more than one kill with tanks every five minute on most greyzones.
