The 70 degree traversal is for the anti tank gun version.
When mounted in vehicle the traversal is block by the armor plate.

If you are a War Thunder player, there is no point in me wasting my breath on you; your ignorance has already exposed your stubbornness and extreme bias. If you claim that most of the equipment in Enlisted’s Tier V matchmaking never saw actual combat, then you are effectively admitting that the gear in the German tech tree—from assault rifles and jet aircraft to general-purpose machine guns—is superior to the equivalent equipment of all other nations

There’s one glaring option – equal base HP for all factions.
I.e. removal of free HP boost for the soviets.
