I was going to say, we have Jeeps in Normandy and they came to the Red Army as the war progressed but horse carriages were the usual ride. Individual horses are not great since you need to move the entire squad, unless you have a dedicated cavalry or dragoon squad.
Horse carriages are a historical option for the early-war period.

Gameplay and development cost wise it would make very little sense, is what I ment.
Why model a highly detailed horse, animations and all, compared to a simple car?

Horses are a far-off suggestion that could be introduced at some point to make things more historical.
I would like to suggest more interaction with AI squads. For example mortar squad: we all agree that they should be moved out of their spawns and have limited ammo per soldier. But wouldn’t it be cool to be the officer with binoculars setting markers for your mortar bots to fire at? I think it would be more immersive and in that variant having more than one mortar would really change anything (more ammo to use/more potential firepower at once). Of course engineer should go out of the squad to not make it OP.
Something similar could be suggested for other squads, like engineers helping to build your constructions etc.

As someone said before, any engineer equipment that gets shifted out of map boundaries should be automatically deconstructed.
The commander of a tank should be able to order the tank to fire from inside, rather than only from outside of the tank.
Sandbags should be stackable, or at least more easily stackable than they are. Apart from hedgehogs being indestructible by explosives, the other half of the reason hedgehogs are used to block windows is because sandbags don’t cover them as well.
Better yet, add 3 sandbag heights you can stack up to- kneeling, standing, and overhead
That’s already in game. When a teammate sets a marker and you’re using the mortar, you get a distance measurement to the marker. It would be cool if AI mortarmen fired aimed at the mortars as well.
The main problem is that with the current squad control, if you walk away too far from your squad, they come running after you so recon for squad members is kinda limited in this regard.
That is what I mean. I know that teammates can set markers, you can set them too. But I would love to have my 4 bots sitting with mortars and waiting for my command to open fire while I scan the battlefield with binoculars.
Lol that would be funny but calvary was already obsolete in ww2 and most calvary soldiers dismounted their horses when they arrived at the front. I really see no use of them, maybe APC vehicles will be more fun

Also, ALL voices we have in game have been recorded by 2 people. All Russians sounds exactly the same and all germans sound exactly the same!!!
Replace sounds for germans. Germans sound extremely happy in this game which is very odd because eastern front wasn’t as happy as it sounds in Enlisted. Also german lines sound like what would serial killers say.
For example: *I’m playing germans and I’m getting molested, my whole squad is dead, I’m trying to use medkit while being stabbed with an axe and my guy instead of screaming out of pain, he says: Ja! …Toll which on Germans means: Yes…NICE.
For the Russians, Devs gave them so little voice options, they always repeat the same two lines in the exact same voice

All american sounds have been recorded by maybe 2 guys. Some southern accent dude and some guy who has that deep african american voice.
That’s really funny… because we don’t really have any african american soldiers but we do have african american voices!!..?
Right now, muricans use same skins as soviets, I think devs should leave mongolian/ middle Asian skins for soviets only and replace them with african americans
Furnitures after explosion should change into solid trash models. After few grenades building interiors are completely sterile - everything inside just disappear.

I want Brandenburg regiment premium squad - nazi commando equiped like a soviet soldiers. And their bots dont start firing. Like a spy in TF2.
I completely disagree, current MG nest is a joke. I would go with high tripod or just give germans lafette mount.

More interaction between AI and player. Like assistant gunner or crewd AT gun or crewd AA gun.
But assistance would not only give stats boost but also additional mechanics like for example ability to rotate AT gun 360*.
I’m not sure about rotating AT gun for 360*, but AI assist could definitely affect reload time, rotation speed for AA etc.
