Me neither, it’s just a video game and no one is getting paid, so it makes no sense for me why people would cheat.

And to be fair at this point im sure developers take as a joke the body armor stuff so whatever maybe is just one of their jokes so im not expecting anything

I wasn’t surprised about it at all.
Gaijin’s game is full of cheaters, and because of how their game operate it’s usually kinda hard to detect and confirm cheaters (It’s not as obvious as some other games like counter strike), for devs they could watch the demo but it’ll take some hard evidence to confirm a ban.
There’s probably way more cheaters than who they’ve banned this time, others just knows the boundaries and pretended well. BattlEye is doing it’s job but the fact is nowadays many cheatwares are just more superior. It’s a continuous battle for Gaijin to combat those cheats and make sure the environment isn’t too horrible, it takes effort, time and resource.
To be frank, cheats is one of those things I blatantly hate, and not getting criticized for such hatred.
The only games I’ve ever quit are because computer issues (i get a dropped 1/4 second every 3-4 seconds sometimes when my computer is sweating. Even happens in the menus, but I usually don’t notice until I’m in game, and it makes it impossible to play). Except for one game this morning, I always rejoin the game in progress after restarting the compy.
That brings me to a suggestion though. If i remember correctly, when i first leave the game i get silver/xp/research (basically none because it’s usually after about 1 minute in game), and if i later rejoin and play 25 good minutes, i get nothing at the conclusion of the battle, win or lose. Is that right? I might be wrong about that, but that’s how i remember it going. If that’s the case there is ZERO incentive to rejoin a battle after disconnecting (other than my own principles. I’m not amazing, but I’m better than a 4 kills in 30 minutes bot who never builds anything). IF that’s the case, it really should change. Imho you should get NOTHING for leaving a match, and if you rejoin later, you get the normal rewards based on what you earned in battle (maybe minus the win multiplier if you missed more than x% of the battle).
That is not right, got disconnected this morning and still got rewards after rejoining. even leaving a match early doesnt not give you rewards, its just those rewards are hidden from you until the match ends, even if your not in it.
better than the last matches i had agaisnt Americans which i saw a few of em banned, dudes were doing 360s no recoil on a T20, that aint natural

I’m 90% sure that i got shit rewards after deserting (obviously), and then nothing at all after rejoining even after finishing top 3 or 4. My recollection is that i had maybe 40 kills, some rally score, assists, point kills, etc, and got literally 0 xp/silver at the end of the match. Maybe I’m misremembering, but I don’t think so.
Like I said, i will still rejoin a game i disconnected from because i think it’s the right thing to do (if you desert because you don’t like the game mode or something, fuck you, all deserters suck, make the game worse overall and then complain the game is worse), but from what I remember, rejoining a game in progress cost me 20 minutes and netted me 0 extra xp/silver/etc. maybe I’m mistaken, but that’s what i remember.
I have been playing this game for four years. During this period, I seem to have only encountered one player who was truly cheating (he used a semi-automatic rifle with BR 2 and killed all the parachutists I was still in the air). I just don’t understand what’s so fun about these cheating players using cheat tools to play a game where they are only shooting at AI for 70% of the time.

Your either mistaken or youve encountered a weird bug, and look Ill say this as someone with dodgy internet, never had that issue with reconnecting, always gotten a XP and Silver reward all the time.
