I mean, multiple people mentioned as much in several of their posts, which you left out of your replies here. Seemed to be intentional on your part that you avoided such until now.
Regardless, I am of the opinion that premium squads in their present state are underpowered, and I believe that one of two solutions would be ideal;
Either Premium squads in their present state are removed - with the guns going to an “a la carte” style of premium purchase, alongside the implementation of a talisman-like system for normal squads to give them a premium XP boost. Those who have purchased premium squads would retain the soldiers and guns that were involved in the purchase, and receive a refund sufficient to talisman any squad they wanted to. Potentially, you could add-in 4-star pre-trained premium soldiers with specific camo sets as well, again as an “a la carte” type of system, that would let you get the same type of soldiers as premium squads presently have, as well. Such would let you turn any normal squad into a premium squad - it wouldn’t be any more powerful than present free-to-play squads, but it would let you skip grind, get unique cosmetics, etc. The main benefit to such a system is it means that players will be less able to cycle same class type composition squads one after another.
Or, Premium squads are reworked, with a maximum squad size equal to their normal tech tree counterpart, with the normal number of specialized units, and be able to use one of every upgrade unlockable other class available to such a normal squad through the upgrade tree. Gunner squads would get a gold soldier order and a number of silver weapon orders as a refund, given the reduction in gunners with the premium squad. This would bring present premium squads up to par with free squads, without making them overpowered.
These, I think, would be the best way to handle the premium squad issue. I’m not sure which would actually be best, as they each have their pros and cons. The former is more appealing to me, but I know a lot of people may want to keep their separate premium squad slot.

i dont think premium squads are op and were op (but i wasn’t in the cbt) for the main reason of, if the matchmaking is balanced both of the team have the same level and the same weapon, for what i see there’s 1 or 2 very broken weapon taht need reworking.
and even if premium the soldier dies in 1 shoot
You are even demonstrating your superior sportsmanship by giving yourself a huge handicap that favour your opponent: you have no engineer in your squad!

You are correct. As it is now, premium squad soldiers CANNOT obtain the +35% vitality perk, it is impossible. Normal free squad soldiers however, can…

If they won’t be 7 assaulters / gunners with weapons performing exceptionally good, then sure, why not.
if Only the Premium Soldiers stay
than upgrades of the PSquads can change by the Soldier type(without the order change) like
Engineer
Radio Operator
Bomber
Sniper
etc.
1 of 3 each type for the Extra(non-Premium Soldiers)
or something like that
I can have a squad entirely of semi-autos/fully automatic weapons and BP weapons.
I didn’t notice you could add a gunner to 4 assaulters. Nice (sarcasm).
And FG is abomimation that should be removed so I don’t count it.

I have a squad of half MG34s and half Semi-automatics. Can’t snap a pic since I can’t get on game atm.

It is balanced once we start seeing squads with 4 assaulters using 71 drum mags ppsh AND a DT-29 gunner

I agree with the original post, please re-nerf premiums, at least give them engies, radiomen or regular troopers, which you can train with them. Now only russian premium rifleman squad is not so gimped.

And, I currently have a non premium panther G with all soldiers 5 starts and all of them with the tanker perks.

I found out the “aim better with main tank gun” perk works wonders for a panther gunner… it’s a 16 point perk that no 4 stars can indeed hope to get…

uh yea its a free-to-play game and most of the premium are pretty weak compared to the Normal squads and i don’t even use the M2 Hyde Squad because of it weak 20magazines
and the Troopers Premium Squads seem to be better than the other P Squads.
and
the Only Pay-to-Win Squad is the Berlin’s Sherman Tank but i wouldn’t call it pay-to-win because the German players left to go play Normandy.
