It’s hard to believe but people can be competent with or without premiums.
It’s the extra XP and the unique factor that drive people to buy premiums.
Now that they got nerfed into the shitter there’s no point in buying most of them.

According to logistics > premium squad > still 100% more exp and unny hats for your unique looks.
I right now have pretty much all non premium weapon variants and vehicles maxed out.
I m yet to see an advantage in a premium squad besides the amazing xp boost early in a campaign.
Right now. I m better with non premium squads with 5 star soldiers with maxed out weapons and or vehicles.
The only issue back then imo was the composition of said squads. Having 7 machine-gun era or 7 smgs,
They should have a tech tree with diferent soldiers into said tech tree. . and they should be 5 stars too coz they bring nothing than a unique weapon.

I want the squads to be as viable as the f2p squads because at the moment they really aren’t worth it. At this point I’m better off just running my non-premium squads and the squads I purchased with IRL money was money wasted.

Nobody here is asking for crutches or ever mentioned crutches except for you. Are you mentally ok? Do you need to rest perhaps?
The squads are weaker in every way than a normal squad. All people want is the prem squad to be equal to the standard squad.

yup. You are hampering your team by taking a premium squad into battle that one guy can wipe with a single grenade.
-no combat mass (ability to sustain casualties and keep fighting)
-weapons are equal to or honestly worse than a maxed free weapon
-soldiers locked at level IV, can’t go to V or veteran
-no ability to customize composition
-no ability to level up/train extra soldiers
-no ability to place rallies (which are critical to winning)
They are straight up garbage compared to a free squad.

Because of stupid guys like tcatplaysz or what ever that don’t even play the game anymore, the premium squads were nerfed into the ground
Either they rework them, or the prices shall be lower.
