The problem is that they aren’t even capable of doing that. The last major update only had 3 vehicles for MONTHS OF WAITING, and they weren’t even that popular in demand compared to the myriad of vehicles in the suggestions.
Not to mention the real APCs that we’ve been waiting for for how many years now? America doesn’t even have its own halftrack, even though it’s already in the game with the Russian.
If we want to go with something slightly more elaborate, like the Breda 52 I suggested a while ago, it’s practically ready. We just need to make a few changes, but it’s something even a novice developer would be capable of doing.
The problem here is no longer a lack of resources (which are wasted on stuff no one asked for—yes, saboteurs, I’m looking at you) or competence. Here, we’re dealing with outright laziness. Just look at the work a modder is capable of doing in a day using only pre-existing resources in the editor to understand that something’s wrong.
It’s inconceivable that someone from their room can create more content in a day than a team can in six months just to give us 3 vehicles from WT and a copy and paste weapon

What this game desperately needs is ±0 br and stack based matchmaking to cut down on the one sided slop that most enlisted games are. That and, a map picking system that actually works.
What are we probably gonna get though? A gun, a tank or two, maaaybe a plane. Nothing that’ll move the needle one way or the other tho, think something like the double barrel for japan. If we’re lucky, one of aforementioned tanks or planes could be Italian or British. If Gaijin is feeling spicy, perhaps they downtier another one of the doo doo German TDs that no-one uses or maybe finally downtiering something like the Fiat plane that been languishing at br4 for god knows how long.
I have very low expectations. If i’m not handed literal shit on a plate, i’ll be impressed.

That’s why they should give different magazine size variants for the different BRs. There is already a lot of event and BP weapons that are Severely under represented because there are only 1 or 2 rewarded. Variants of these added to TT and event squads armed with them. Unless there are jeeps or AA added, vehicles can wait a bit…how many variants of a Sherman/Panzet/T-34/Spitfire/etc do we need?

One thing is for sure, the guns better make sense being implemented and not just content for the sake of content, like when they have the Soviets a Chinese rifle for some reason!

The map has to be USA vs Germany. Mountain pass is our latest western front map (kahif rework doesn’t count) and it was added in 2024. I hope that this cassino event is a teaser for italian front but realistically we will probably just see expansion for a existing campaign like Normandy.

I think it’ll be a map for the Western Front. As for the content - no idea. Personally, what I’m hoping for most of all is the removal of the cuirass resistance. And I want a light machine gun for Germany 5br.
