PPD40 DZS destroys the gaming experience of many Berlin German players

i said all weapons, so that would be your mgs from both sides and the high rpm smgs

That still makes all but one of the slave SMGs nearly unusable which I know a lot of people here would be happy with that, but it’s still a bad idea.

fair

I need to get into Berlin before the wheraboo tears drown the devs…

Yeah i know that shit but last time it was on warthunder.
The magic word were “balansssssss” or “muh 2A6”

Dev team could fix the game and add a warning while loading a game for germans users
" remember evil nazi germany has lost the war. Urss has won
You won’t have maximum pleasure while playing here"
Spasiba for your understanding
your money is welcome however

This!

By adding some recoil on them? i don’t think so it would be just less spray spray at will

You are comparing a trooper weapon with all other class-restricted weapons? So your Thompson also should have recoils like M2 carbine? It’s both ridicouslously disguesting and people would leave the game. Others come to the game not to make you happy dude

it is also these types of weapons with no recoil that people have issues with, more specifically ppds and mg34 which all have higher RoF than m2 and ppds have a much lower recoil than an m2 going full auto while you are trying to drag down the mouse. it would also make Mgs have to mount instead of going rambo. also

thompson has a lower RPM than m2 with only base rpm needing to dictate what the recoil is, modifiy shouldn’t

I’m gonna have to disagree for Normandy + Moscow still gets consistent PPD’s. I’ll admit Soviet LMGs suck on ROF though and admittedly so do American weapons but America’s lategame arsenal has no spread and hits hard with every bullet, and Browning having a slow-fire mode when it probably needed more ROF is still okay if you wanna do long-range…

unless you are m2 carbine because you can’t hit anything with that recoil and will deal less damage than a full starred grease gun even when it’s full starred too

M2 is the M4 of Enlisted except its vertical recoil is too much and the sights are fucking awful, but that doesn’t do enough to dissuade me from using it. M2 is borderline busted, and it has two spare clips unlike the FG42, which only has one.

i see you are a carbine purist like me, but you can do more with grease gun when fully starred since it’s got lower recoil and slightly more damage than m2 carbine, i kid you not the base m1 carbine does more damage than m2 carbine and the m1 carbine with the grenade launcher when fully starred despite firing the same rounds. though yeah i agree that both the fg and m2 carbine should have been limited to gunner and assaulter respectably

M2 has semi auto and double the capacity but it’s not a long range rifle… Ditto on the Grenade Launchers though. I’m thinking backpacks for Troopers in particular, maybe an extra large grenade pouch for obnoxious amounts of dynamite.

Ditto on the weapon balance, FG as gunner I can see, I tend to match the FG42 to the BAR and the STG44 to the M2 respectively, meaning rifle users should have access to the M2.

Grease guns are kind of okay, it’s sad that I’m actually missing them in the end but alas…

and it’s also a kick in the face that it fires with 8.0 instead of 8.8 when full starred

Probably for slight balance reasons… M2 can select semi and bounces the same as the M1 and just has double the clip to dump.

i don’t know if it is for balance since fg42 and AVS don’t have that +10% that the m2 does and both of those have both semi auto and full auto, and it doesn’t explain why m1 with grenade launcher doesn’t do the 8.8 damage as well

That makes no sense considering the trend with all the other guns in the game, though.

Honestly, the whole M1 carbine family of weapons just are strangely sub-par compared to everything else in game, with the exception of the Sten. The Allies in Normandy really just get the short end of the stick in general.

If you want to see a comparison via math with everything else at base to begin with;

Lol, probably a legacy mistake left behind by the devs.

Why thank you, I’ll take a look at it
