I’ve always disliked the Lewis guns sights but at least the soviet Lewis gun was bearable, but the .303 Lewis gun is just terrible.
@Euthymia07-live you said you’d forwarded this idea ages ago, but the Devs never acted upon it, now the situation is much worse on the .303 Lewis.
I suggest:
•fold down the .303 Lewis gun’s sights
I wish we could simply fold or unfold rearsights, same goes to bipods
Yeah, the sights are pretty awful. It makes the sights on the German M1918 look awesome. 
I’ve been after them to change the sight on the M3 Field Modification Grease gun for a long time since the sight hole is tiny, but maybe their is still time for them to change the Lewis MG since it technically hasn’t been released. But I wouldn’t hold my breath.
I disagree with changing the standard sights.
Haha, I mentioned this issue in the editor. In fact, the Soviet Lewis sight optimization has already been completed. Is this yet another anti-capitalist move by the developers?
wouldnt be surprised the soviets are the one who get all the good stuff and allies aswell (less frecuently and surprinsingly less stupid) while germans and japanese are just eating the end of the stick
yet that doesnt means that even handicaped germans and japanese use the only thing that allies and soviets can dream common sense and a hammer that builds rallies ready to tell them to" git gud nub"
The Axis and Japanese get lots of Great stuff…they just tend to be more likely to get pre-sanctioned with a major limitations like a massive downside or unfavourable BR

Me to, the soviet Lewis gun’s sights are usable and the sights were more commonly used in the flipped up position. So if we get a tech tree Lewis that ought to have the soviet Lewis gun sights because that was a more common to have them flipped up.

The Soviet Lewis ring is indeed larger and has better visibility, but what’s up with that holding style?
Is that the “far” ads mode?
Because when aiming down sights the rear sight ladder should be basically next to the shooter’s eye
How does one need to hold it in order to even see the rear knob?
Lol I never thought of that, this issue exists with alot of guns, for example most pistols would have to be held close to the face to achieve the pov shown in game.
