ohhh i understand you mean the decap time, sorry. To which time should i adjust it? it is 600.0 right now

i just set it to 600000.0

Sadly with navmesh for AI, i have exactly 0 experience… it is really difficult for me. I dont think i will be able to solve that problem.

I updated the map and will reupload it:

  • spawnpoints for both teams adjusted
  • decaptime set to 600000.0 instead of 600.0
  • playable area increased for both teams

depends gamemode.

usually decap feature is used for normal conquest and i believe assault as well.

all the others do not use decap.
which, you used it in an interesting way. because again, you only have 3 areas, so make things a bit heated ( and more heavier combat ).

so you can leave it as you putted it.

but it’s more of a personal taste on how you want your battle to be fought.

when i wanted to edit the nav mesh, nothing happened. what can i to to adjust it?

you can’t.

all you have to do, is click on the build command, run the first option, wait to reach 100, save, and then reload.

once it has been saved and reloaded, you will press the second option.

( although, nav mesh is the last thing you should do, as by doing that, it will save you everything and create a vrom file which you will be able to upload instead of the blk. but you must finish everything else first, and then complete your whole map by creating the navmesh. reason being, you will not be able to edit the vrom file. that’s like, the completed version with all the navmesh and stuff )

I somehow figured out how to do it, thank you. But now i have a last question.
i now have two files in my folder. how do i upload it? I only uploaded scene.blk before
and now i have:

-patchnavmesh.bin
-scene.blk
in my folder…
how can i upload it now?

you only upload the vrom file which it’s located outside the folder.

it will have the same name of your mission.

it’s just outside of one folder.

I Updated my mod to update 1.2, based of your recommendation. I hope now its more enjoyable for everyone and a BIG thank you to you for recommending and helping me improve this mod! :slight_smile:

Cool map.

Wish DF would put in such effort and detail into a map.

Feedback:

AI tend to stick around the destroyed cars in the 1st and 2nd objectives

You can pick up the DPM and its ammo infinitely

Remove the STG44. I think its obvious why, we are in Moscow.

If you would expand it, add vehicles, make it for squads and fix AI pathfinding i think this map could become an official map

I updated the ai paths some hours ago in my second update. Did you try the newest version?

The pickup of weapons was intentional, it should be so the germans when they capture the position, they can also pick up the guns. If more people wont like this feature, i would remove it in a later update.

The stg must have been a mistake, it should not be there and i will remove it in the next update

I am planning on expanding the map if it gets played often, because creating maps with that much detail take a lot of time…
(I would be incredibly excited if the map would get added in rotation :wink: and i could change things if it is offered to add it)

Like i just launch the game and its updated or do i have to delete and redownload? Gonna try tomorrow

Oh and damn forgot to mention.

When youre in the last objective the propaganda sounds so good. Like it is actually inside of a building with echoes and stuff. I loved that

Sadly it wont auto update. You have to update it by copying the new mod link when an update gets released. Right now i think there will be updates and bug fixes quite often, but thats only because the mod is my first mod and its new… You can check if you have the newest update if you compare the name of the mod on the modpage and the one which you have already downloaded.
Currently the newest version is 1.3 :slight_smile:

Getting the propaganda speaker to work was one of the most difficult tasks for me :slight_smile: I am really glad you like it as much as i do!
