OUTLISTED: Exploiters edition

got it

Breaking the law will bring consequences. Once it happens, then you have no excuses because your actions deserve them.

Stealing a chocolate bar and commiting more serious crimes I can’t mention on the Forum aren’t the same. Neither should the consequences be.

Stupid take as Gaijin ToS isnt a a law and the first thing thrown out in court. So if they really want to embaras themselves they could sue but they dont got the legal ground to do any of that.

This, it really it a catch all clause for using any bug that will be determined to be an exploit at the Devs discretion. But as I said in a previous reply this exploit consists of game features and a bug: game features that no on will question (queuing up in customs to more efficient grind exp n sliver) and a bug that the devs tacitly agree isn’t detrimental or specifically exploitative (to get and use 20 boosters from whatever source). People have been pointing out from the moment the exp booster could be pooled it would be an issue (seeing posts as far back as 3y ago) so to call it an exploit now when: the constituent parts/steps aren’t by their admission; and after a major “spending event”; no prior warning was given; and the severity of punishment; is actually crazy.

You are not a judge, and the judge will impose the punishment he approves. The punishment of the guilty serves as a warning to save the property of the innocent, so that they can not tempted to cause people to fall

We are all humans, and human law is amended constantly. Don’t forget, the same ‘Judge’ gets their paycheck from us, the players. So, there ought to be reasonable action between how they treat us, and vice versa.

And I reiterate. This is a game.

They got banned because they achieved things that otherwise should’ve cost real money. It’s not about them hacking or getting an unfair adventage. Like I said, you can essencially buy Silver using real life money.

  • You can unlock weapons in the TT for Gold = Real life money.
  • You can upgrade those weapons using Gold = Real life money.
  • You can upgrade your squads using Gold = Real life money.
  • You can upgrade your soldiers using Gold = Real life money.
  • You can buy more Squad Slots using Gold = Real life money.

A.k.a. If you have the real life money to spend, you can easily gain an advantage over those who don’t or just have less money to spend.

I just saw this picture, apparently people used the booster to buy lots of silver boxes and then they had enough RMN50s to equip 3 riflemen squads and a APC squad.

If they supposedly hurt or hindered other player’s experinces in the game, then, while not judge, I’d be part of a jury-

As for you, stop making my religion look worse by cherry picking scripture that on a whole shows redemption and mercy is possible no matter how heinous the crime. Where you instead hyper focus on the ‘wages of sin.’ Where is your love, your mercy, your charity for your neighbour? Or is it simply easier for you to condemn another for the splinter in their eye and ignore the one in yours? Go on sinless one cast the first stone. Being right in the eyes of the law (in this case an arguably unjust punishment if ever there needed one) doesn’t automatically make you right in the eyes of God.

You may not understand one thing, in many lawsuits, the focus is not on winning, but on the significance of ‘suing’. There are many ways I know to achieve very unpleasant results in legal provisions, and this situation is not uncommon in my country. Almost no player benefits from being sued, and even if they win, they will not receive any compensation, while players spend a lot of time dealing with lawsuits.

Do you think I didn’t warned these people in advance about the consequences of their actions? Since they ignored my warning and continued to choose their own fate, can I still be said not to be merciful enough?

what warning?

Most of the people on the list are Chinese, and I am also Chinese. These people are even in a chat group with me, and their behavior has long been warned by many people, including me. Now that you see their fate, most people think they deserve it

Seventy times seven ring a bell? Guess not, good day to you regardless.

So you want gaijin to initiate BS lawsuits against players because they played their game wrong?
Nobody wins in such a suit as lawers are expensive and no damage is really beeing prevented by such. So why should DF risk that if they will never see those lawyer fees ever again.

2
Do you think counties like china will enforce such a BS ruling made by a western company against its own citizen?
