I haven’t seen a semi-automatic rifle from Germany for a long time (referring to the golden combat pass). If possible, I hope they can make this one

My prediction: Developers will do something really good and half the forum will complain they did not get some obscure weapon by some country that did not contribute anything major to WWII except being a liability (i.e. France)

Those are some major shots taken at France
France wasn’t a liability. Its army was led by WWI generals who believed in static warfare. Its troops actually fought valiantly even though their leaders were paralysed in archaic doctrine. There’s plenty of evidence and testimony to support this.

Didn’t the devs say they would add a event allied France assault squad with the MAS-38 smg? Or am I remembering it wrong?

France sucked. I do have college professesor that would agree with you. France had 4 civil wars where both sides where them and lost them all.
