First i was sceptical because the game is way slower now. No rapid knife rushing, no strifing, much more MGs which stops your advance.

But now i think its great like it is now. Feels way more realistic because you are so slow and you have to crouch into cover after every shot. Feels way more intense. Outflanking has also become more common so that the frontlines are way more pushed forward at some points.

I really dislike the damage nerf for bolt action rifles (15 to 12 or 13), for some reason russia gets a bolt action that does do 15 damage while germany is stuck with 13 damage at most. 13 damage means you can not reliably oneshot enemies even with solid aim. Only headshots can oneshot, while 15 damage means torso shots can also kill in one shot.

Movement nerf means you are not able to duke shots, meaning with bolt action rifles you are at the mercy of the SMGs. There is very little suspense in fights because if you notice the other one has a SMG and you don’t, you are simply dead.

Another objective imbalance is the PPD vs MP28:
PPD gets higher rate of fire and damage than the MP28: 730-800 RPM and 6 damage vs 450-490 RPM and 5.5 damage

Also, weapon logistics are a mess as well, as on the bin it says every 4th crate you get a MP28, but I got one in the 1st and in the 6th crate, instead of 5th crate.

T-60 and Pz2, while pretty balanced, are simply not fun to fight against each other, as neither can reliably penetrate the other frontally, leading to the need for flanking to get kills.

Also, Max 3 tanks active per team is a bit too much for the size of the map.

And I do not like the omission of Semi-Auto rifles. They are important to close combat which has been substantially higher since the update for some reason.

I’ve noticed that you don’t get an MP28 at the 4th crate. Haven’t received it in the last 5 crate opening.
