Let’s just say, on par with everything then.
I also think that a nerf of that only one smg will be not a good solutions without lowered some bp guns like PPD-29 and add some new guns (PPS-45). Then at least will be some able to choose:
TT - PPS-45
TT - PPsh-41 (box mag)
BP - PPD-29
Prem - PPD-44
Now its only one actualy TT smg which will be nerfed and one prem

You have strange artistic preferences, but I respect your taste.
Lowering overall dispersion across all weapons means to only widen the gap between competent players and casuals.
Which is highly undesirable in a game that has casual players as its main target audience.
Thus is extremely unlikely something like that will happen.

Also, turning every smgs into laser beams… why using any other weapon type afterwards.

Yeah, they would need to implement more radical dmg drop offs for smgs. Basically rebalancing the whole game. And making it much more skill based.
I think it’s way too late for such a drastic change. Unless they will label it as Enlisted 2.0 or something like that.

Let’s remove all the firearms from the USSR, they oppress you so much. Let’s give them spears, bows, pikes instead, then there will be balance for those who think that the game has a Russian bias

yea no nerf ppsh box dispersion and then you can add pretty much any thing you want to Soviet TT while it does not break the game

Add some good weapon which was in a battlefield?
Quite sure all the soviet SMG’s are more than just good from BR1 to BR3.
Exception being ppd which is fairly obsolete due to extremely small mag.
