This major update would bring multiple new weapons, vehicles, and most importantly maps!
First new map- battle of Aachen. The battle of Aachen was apart of the allied push into the Rhine land. Aachen was a major Germany city and the battle was know as America’s Stalingrad, it was spear headed by the 29th infantry regiment and the 1st infantry regiment, fierce defenders of the city where mostly made up of volksstrum and would be a close resemblance to the battle of Berlin with historical land marks of the territory
The next map of this major update would be the Ludendorff bridge, it was the last bridge over the Rhine into Germany, the major feature of this map would be the bridge and all the vantage points created by it
The final map of this major update would be the battle of cologne and the staple of this map would be colognes famous twin towered cathedral and the bridge where the famous eagle 7 tank dual took place, this battle of apart of operation lumberjack and would be very urban but with wide open streets
I mean we already have a few maps where we battle over bridges and I absolutely hate it. At least we have flanking routes to the side or under those bridges, but from the photo here it looks like there is no way over other than the bridge. So I’m not sure how how that will work gameplay wise.
In regard to the other maps, a Stalingrad type map but with the Allies instead of the Soviets would bring something unique. Although depending on how much cover there is it could just become a sniper haven which saps the fun out of any match.
It would have spawned boats under the bridge itself and with lots of destroyed tanks as cover on the bridge, plus it would be a larger map like the far eastern front map, plus it would mostly work for confrontation because of pushing up on the bridge, not to mention there would most likely be pontoon bridging under the bridge with a area under the bridge itself
Yeah, but they ported the Stalingrad Tractor Plant from War thunder too, they had to fix a lot of things from the interiors and add cover for infantry tho

It would be complicated, but defnitely easier than making up a new map from scratch. In fact, I think that if they’re bringing a new map based on Italy for the next major, I bet it would be a port from this map too, merged with the Mediterranean Port naval map
