its my favorite bolt action, and it works fine til BR4, after that you kinda need to get a semi due to uptier in 5, but in BR3 theres not really any issues on running bolties
i really do enjoy the Vz 24, i had a mixed arsenal of Vzs and K98ks a little while before but decided to keep the Kar due to it being the standard of the Wehrmacht
I’m still using a mix of basically everything at BR1 and 2, since I’m not fully committed to anything yet, only been playing since March. But I’m really leaning towards full VZ until I decide to do historical squads (to the extent it’s possible).
the Vz is a pretty decent rifle, its one of the few bolties with extra damage that Germany has apart from the Gewehrs (88 and 98), its quite a good rifle, its bolt speed is slightly less than a full upgraded K98k, 59 vs 62, but its barealy noticeable, go for it bro!

88 as in the 1888 (non tech tree)? If so, i have one (1) of those, and I really like it (especially the sound and feel)
yes the 1888, its a great rifle
MG34, not surprising, second one is artillery, and the third is Kar98k, i actually most used the MG34, i really like it so not surprising

i kinda changed my lineup since the last image, since i actually had a radio operator on the MG squad, i replaced the Radios with an Mortar squad, im really enjoying to trying out the mortars of the game, its still at the very start since i barely played with it, but its being fun to use
Yeh, i like Mortar but it’s very “hit and miss,” literally. Can see above I’m 128 kills for 26 matches. Not great. But when it works it works. Most of those kills are probably from 4 or 5 matches, and the rest total duds (if i have the squad in my lineup sometimes it’s my only available non-timed out squad with an engineer, so i spawn it for the engi even if all objectives are roofed). Even if it’s pointless you always drop a couple shells before rushing the point/building rally/vz.24-ing people in the braincase.
