This is why we typically put “TT” in front of them when we are talking about equipment exclusively from tech tree for each nations to avoid confusion.

The 1919 a5 with 50 rounds could kinda be similar except for the glaring rof discrepancy 900 (MG42) vs 550 (1919a5), even then it would still be a good gun, just not in the same league. The T24 would have been good but it has an arbitrary 660 rpm and could be higher and on par with an MG42 and is probably the best bet IMO if you aren’t too worried about it being experimental. again a T24 with cut down 50 round belt would be good and seeing as the Sukomi kp/-31 was made TT I can’t see why a 50 round TT version couldn’t happen.

That’s why I voted to move it go BR3 if unbuffed, I would be happy with either result if they move it to BR3 or give it buffs to be suitable for BR4

They need to move the M1919A4 down to BR3 before even considering something like this.

Why don’t we make them happen at the same time? Enlisted rarely moves BR/change the stats of guns so we need the changes as many as possible in one go else we have to wait minimum 6 months or years even.

M1919A4 goes dwon to BR3. MG42 gets ROF buffed to 1200. That sounds good to me!
