These uniforms and camos are beautiful, but as far as I know they were never used in Normandy. So I want you to give them access to the other paratrooper uniforms. Like this:
It’s funny how almost any American soldier can have the 82nd and 101st paratrooper customization, but the Paramarines can’t.

@Luvs2spooge - Oh YES please, I hate that the “Market Garden” event paratroopers have only those bloody SMGs and I can not change their weapons to M1 Garands and M1 Carbines like they had during the event itself. I do not understand why we can not give them other weapons like with any other squad!

If I could give them my own weapons, I would even consider giving them M3A1 Grease guns, since I really don’t use them and this would give me an opportunity to give them to my paratrooper squad which I would use on rare ocassions. I don’t use my paratroopers much

I wouldn’t be lying if I said I didn’t understand what you meant.
But if you mean the 101st Division uniforms, well I would like the Para Marines in Normandy and Bulge to have access to them. But hey, if it’s just that one uniform in the picture, I’ll be happy.
I proposed an idea for this before, but it seems the developers don’t agree with this plan.

Indeed, as long as they only carry that Para-Thompson and I am unable to give them any of the other “standard” weapons I have, to get a more historical loadout on my guys (i.e. one with an smg, one with a carbine and the others with rifles), I doubt I will ever use them either as long as we can not customize the weapons they have. I just very much dislike SMG only squads.

Yes, there were rarely any squads like this in the war, so the historical feel is completely lost.

Could not agree more!
It just does not make sense to lock that, if some players want to give them other weapons why not let them?! Seems such a weird decision to not allow players to switch that Thompsons out and give them other guns. I just would be happy if we could at least assign them the same weapon loadout we had in the event, which was pretty alright (then I would definitely use them).
