If they would just make it so customs would gain progress for events similar to how XP boosters aren’t used if not enough are present, heck limit it to no mods if needed.
If they would fix the custom servers or make it so you could host/rent.
If they would allow a mixed faction loadout for customs
Honestly the answer is improving customs. Yes, it would help with game player stacking issues but there is a lot of players that are vocal that don’t want it.
