If you like to play infantry and CQB go Berlin. It’s my favourite campaign. Nice weapons and equipment on both sides.
That is true.
But, you will reach maxed out state eventually.
What I believe the problem is really about, is that the game doesn’t balance lobbies at all, and/or populates servers with bots.
If this game had a clever way of balancing lobbies, it would be better to play.
As it currently is I am just too tired of winning all the time as axis on normandy. while equipment balance is one thing, I have absolutely no doubt that out of all the allied players i faced most of them are either newjoiners or people who are just not good at shooters (and i dont mind them, but they should be paired with someone who can carry them a bit)

I only maxed out every squad, soldier and some weapons in berlin axis side. . Was a pain in the ass for a month but it’s worth doing.
Had 4 campaigns maxed out befor the update, right now I just need alies Tunisia and current extra new levels. No big deal.
I rather now, wait for the accademy removal and do it after.
Moscow will be saved for when I have everything maxed out again. I hate Moscow lol
