It just bugs me that someone being so stubborn about his awful opinion can hardly express it.

I see someone who doesen’t even play a mode ask for an easily refutable reason to remove it. We told you we won’t touch squad mode, yet you still belive it would increase the playercount if they remove it. Yes I like LF. It’s the only reason I play this game. It’s like me opening a thread to ask to remove squads to increase the playercount in LF. It just won’t happen.
I dont understand if you like lone figther go to play game made with this setting RO2/RS2/HLL/PS/VERDUN/TANNEBERG/ISONZO/ WAR OF RIGTHS the list is longer, wen you say “i play only lone figther” i think you dont want play enlisted you want realistic shooter and enlisted hardly is a realistic
shooter because remove hud and add friendly fire don make a game realistic
I like it because the bots in squad make it into COD against bots with 3 set to max difficulty. I want to be able to flank, ambush or cut off reinforcements, which is impossible in squads because the ai gives you always away. I might play it again if I can tell my bots to not shoot and hide. But even this will allow BS like hiding behind your bots or peak you 9 times within 10 sec. or nadespam into their own team. Squad mode right now just promotes cheesy BS strats. Another problem i have with it is that i just don’t feel like i achieved something if i just kill 100 bots.

so no hard feelings but I don’t want the developers, instead of expanding squad they expand lone figther because as you have your vision of the game I have mine and for me lone figther is not worth the time spent on it, if I want to surround, ambush etc. . i do a game on rising storm 2
I understand that you don’t like it. But it sounds just bitter and angry to ask to remove others fun, because you don’t like it. Noone asked to remove squad mode so I fail to see your issue.

ok maybe on eliminating it I went too far, but I didn’t get angry it’s just that I don’t understand it, it’s badly done badly balanced, it’s just going to be there because someone wanted it makes no sense to play with it I understand that you have fun but you really enjoy it like i said there are 10 or more superior games using this mode, playing the current lone figther feels like i’m hurting myself
Yea it needs some improvement for sure, but this goes for the entire game. If they fix up some of the gamebreaking stuff all modes should get better. A lot of problems carry over from squad. Like bad spawnsystem and hit detection not working, so I think focusing on those problems now would better it for all players without alienating anyone.

Gastanofrizzi, you seem to be one of the lone voices expressing distaste for LF. You also seem to be rather combative with anyone that disagrees with you.
I would pose this point for you to ponder…the people you are talking are not likely members of the development team. They are most likely players like you, and therefore the fact that they may disagree with your opinion does not mean your opinion will be ignored by the dev staff.
The problem you face is that your opinion does not seem to be a popular one, at least based on feedback in the forums. If you wish to build a consensus against LF, the worst way to do it is to fight with those that you need to give you support.
You will only strengthen their resolve.
And to answer your question earlier about my motive with respect to my post, I do not insult players, nor insult the particular playstyle they enjoy.
I hope that clears up a few things for you.
