So sorry to disturb, Old men here… i am a Level 40 player with one paratroopers team in Allies and none in Axis, is there a reason? , because i never use Allies, and my axis team has reached its limits and would love to use it… Thanks in advance.,

Paratroopers were only given out as premium squads and in events so far. You most likely only did not unlock the axis one in the event as the allied squad was an earlier unlock as the axis one.
Paratroopers are unlocked via premium squads and events: In Normandy, and in Pacific .
You likely just missed the opportunity to get the event fg-42 with grenade launchers, but don’t worry, because right now there is a 3rd event to unlock paratroopers in Tunisia
Which after the merge will be part of your Germany nation.
