It was three per campaign if the weapon was available in one campaign. Two per campaign if it was only available in two campaigns. One per campaign if it was available in three or more campaigns.
Though I swear one of my Artillery Lugers vanished after the merge to become compliant with the post-merge cap of 4.

Still, I stand by my main point. I want enough Mkb (W)’s for a full Assault Engineer Squad. That be rad!
I saw a medic squad with all Erma EMP suppressed, they did it by transferring the weapon across campaigns or something. It’s on the forum somewhere.
I mostly bought them so I could give the silenced pistols to my suppressed MP-40 squad.
