If we include a broader spectrum of weapon I have to agree about MG 131. Horrendous imo.
I will like to put Bazooka (M1 and M9) here as well.

I don’t agree about MG131.
Sure it’s sights are not aligned with where the bullets go but thanks to deviation I guess everybody is used to this by now.
If we exclude this downside, it’s a really nice gun. (Although I’d preffer to have someting that is not a bs, paper prototype weapon.)

Kar98k, after stalingrad BA gameplay get integrated in all campaigns, the kar stats are becomed worst than the Gewer34 who is the german starter BA in moscow

Kriegsmodell is a justified shit, making the normal kar worse than the moscow starter gun dont have sense, like for russian the starter m38 is better than the all other BA

Well in Moscow, there’s the Czech rifle (VZ I think? Always forget the name…) so no reason to use neither kar or g34 
But Moscow became a full auto spam fest anyway so…

But for a newcomer prospective, the g34 is free and cost 1 bronze (?) For remove dispersion, kar or vz24 cost 1 silver each

M1938 feels okayish in CQC but iirc it has notable worse dispersion.

For me it’s the M1 Carbine and almost all Japanese Rifles.
Don’t get me wrong, I like the M1 Carbine irl. It’s a great Carbine irl, but in Game it’s too weak and the mag cap. doesn’t compensate for its shortcomings.
The Japanese Rifle thing is just because of preference when it comes to sight picture. It’s too shallow for me personally. I just favor a more pronounced sight picture. So things like the M1 Garand, FG42, Kar98, MAS 36, anything with a clear Notch/Peephole and a Post.
I really don’t blame the gun, it’s really just my preference.
