On what side? I played Tunisia last few days, as Axis, and we have been winning most matches. Soo maybe its better now than it was at start?
Well. I win as much as Axis as I used to as Allied. Like lost 2 out of 10 matches there the past days.
And Iām afraid thatāll be the case. Especially at the start. USSR will dominate probably like 90%. At least the grind will be fast especially for those who have both full access and premium acc. Hoping thatāll make people switch sides faster than in other/older campaigns.
Same here, lost some, but winned much more. Players actually play objective lately on Tunisia, that is a good thing after those first months.
If they also start to mark more I could be so much more effective with my Stuka
Well, as far as I understand most people are angry about it, because they fear that non-premium-squads will be locked behind a paywall. As I said several times, we do not know, it has not been clarified in a dev-blog, which squads (or even new game mechanics, medic, air strike, flamethrower tanks) will be locked behind the paywall.
Maybe everyone was angry for nothing. Maybe DF/Gaijin do changes accordingly because they get a lot of hate for it. Maybe it was the plan from the beginning to only lock premium-squads away. We donāt know, and hopefully will be surprised in a week, if there isnāt another delay ⦠.
there is always a first time for everything, even for a third postponement
we can still get some good ones like the battle of france
Definitely is. I only play Italians since weeks now, and win around 70% of matchs with them, depending on teams. I believe that like me, most allied players switched side once Brits got maxed. I now rarely see Grants around anymore.
Added bonus (for me) Italians are a challenging faction to play: itās true everything they have, allies got better. Even my trusty carcanos certainly canāt best lee Enfields.
But!
Damn they are FUN to play!
Same here, i only use Italian squads and weapons and im having a blast.
Like me you must like bolt action play. A player seriously cannot perform well with Italians unless heās decent with those. With allies, I could run around and delete everything with smgs, as the lanchester was precise enough to shoot from very far, and the m1 tommy (second tommy) is a ppsh41 that does high damage per bullet⦠And when I unlocked the BAR, there just was no contest anymore.
Italians however have nothing of those. Beretta m1 is really nice, but certainly aint a Tommy. So I have to use my witts and cautiously use carcanos. Itās very stimulating and rewarding
Exactly. Carcanos are great and i love them, Pavesi is godly imo, really love it, shame we could get only 1.
Arma is not bad too, its not great, but i still like it. SMG are good M1 is nice for level you get it. M42 is meh for its level, its basically M1 but just a little better, not worth it over M1.
And Breda is my love from first time i used it, i know lot of players hate it, but i love it even if its bad weapon.
Indeed⦠Itās seriously the ONLY semi auto worth using in the whole game since the semi nerf, with it doing bolt action like damage. Iād equip whole squads with it if I couldā¦
(Not counting the g43kurz, that thing is an assault rifle)
For real. Why canāt I get my trusty fallout Gatling Laser and a Zweihander?? Yeah, itās WW2 but, like, I feel like the belligerents on both sides were just kind of unimaginative for not, like, catering to the individuality of their soldiers. Imagine fighting the whole war and never getting issued something cool like a fat-boy mini-nuke launcher?!
Yeah those 200 real player gonna enjoy this new patch, and maybe if they lucky gonna get 30 moreā¦
Yeah good player base⦠8/10 games like this
Literally explained that they would have to make new models, have new VA do lines for the Japanese, a lot more weapons to make, alongside maps and items on the map like MG nests. This is aside from the fact that Keo already said that they are working on multiple new campaigns rn. Also wouldnāt that be copy and paste from the US? Springfield, M1 Garand, M2 Carbine, Thompson, etc. Also they should finish WW2 first before moving onto other conflicts, if you find that boring, why are you playing this game?
If they were monetized the old way, we would have same old complaints, that premium squads are too weak.
The issue for f2p is that they have to grind for these squads, and wonāt be able to use them.
And i doubt this campaign will come with more levels as tunisia, which had premium squads on top of default levels.
So half guns are same, new guns are half locked, playerbase already divided 8 times.
And grind getting worse, with players now having to grind not only for 30 % same old stuff, 30% stuff they wonāt use, 20% guns changed by 1 letter so they canāt be transfered, 10% new guys for f2p, 10% new guns locked behind paywall.
Hmm, i wonder why people mad
so remove the new access squad, lock the new weapon in the premium squad at 60$ each and add more sidegrade level a total victory for all us, yes this make people happy
this remind me something ah yes the other 4 campagni
that have always been attacked by the community for the excessive monetization, same weapon, low playerbase⦠is the same story
If we only had only around 200 plebs around here I would have meet all the forum plebs here at least twice a week.
Yet I only met @Conscript_Joe in Tunisia once where he helped us out with smoke arty.
