✨ Jungle Fire update

So the update doesn’t actually contain BR or any balancing mechanics? Ah yeah…it’s still the enlisted I’m familiar with

Answer the question James, when are we getting correct kill markers for aircraft? The new “FP-5” has correct Japanese kill markers, yet our customization options still only have Allied kill markers for Allied aircraft and Vise Versa for the other factions.

This update ruined fast building. Before you can switch to personal order mode and order non-engineers to help you build, albeit at a slower rate as they don’t have a hammer. This ability makes mass-build barbwire or sandbags incredibly useful. Now they just bouce off the blueprints, doing nothing. This also ruin the mass-build ability on the Engineer squad, which do have hammer on most of its member, yet the personal order mode build order just don’t work, making mass-building clunky, unreliable and slowed to a crawl. Please fix this, in real life you would be able to build sandbags with your hands, just stack them up you know, the materials is provided by the engineer already. Please fix it, engineer gaming is way less fun this way.

I reported this earlier, but I cant enter enterable engineer structures,(my enter is x and destroy is hold x) and this only happens when I have destroy structure bound to x in any format, and i posted a more detailed paragraph on the bug report site on my other account

It was a bug, not a feature. So it was fixed.

They nerfed the M8 rockets :pensive:

Enemy tanks don´t insta gib the second an M8 penetrates it´s armor I can´t believe it.

It’s not a bug, it’s prioritization. It means that this action counts as a second priority when assigned to x no matter what type of input is used.

Did you try in practice range, or Normandy?

I saw that you will be adding an AA launcher into the game.

Can I ask that you PLEASE correct the damage of engineer built AAs?
OR at the very least change them to how the AT Field guns are?

Give them the wheeled option rather than stationary and allow them to hit ground targets as well as angle up to hit air targets.

  • They would no longer have the 360 degree rotation, but could be used against infantry like those weapons at the time were actually able to do.

  • Both HE and AP options would be available, just like the field gun.
Meaning HE to deal with infantry and unarmored planes,
AP to deal with lightly armored tanks (and their tracks), and “armored” planes.

They did this in the past and they were more powerful than MG’s so they got rid of it. No incentive or advantage to building MGs

In the past they were 4- barreled cannons with bulletproof shields that could only be taken out with explosives or at guns.

Now they are single barrel cannons with an exposed gunner that can easily be shot from any angle.

I was around when that was a thing.
However there are important details that you are missing about that situation:

  • That was when the Flakvierling was the only AA given to ALL nations.

  • That specific AA had 4 barrels and a massive shield on it.

  • (The current AAs have a single barrel, and only one or two even have a small shield)

  • The HMGs had not yet been introduced.

  • (The HMGs are far more effective for shorter range and against infantry as their fire rate is much higher, their ammunition capacity is seemingly endless, and a single bullet will kill)

So if they reintroduced it, it would be more of a ranged support unit, rather than the hefty nest that it was at the time.

Good luck and more importantly have fun, my friend!

Practice range, I ain´t touching Normandy since I always get put on shit teams no matter what side I play.

Wew, I’m relieved.

It’s easier to explode tanks in regular matches, because after killing the entire crew, the tank only requires a sneeze anywhere to explode.

In practice range It’s harder because the (ghost) crew is invincible.

That´s good to hear atleast. The rockets used to instantly ignite the ammo if you penned the tank anywhere so that´s what they fixed.

I’ll test tonight, but I’m not that worried. If one of those pen, I doubt anyone will get out of the vehicle walking.

I just got the pacific map, wow good job, very impressed! But the most impressive thing I say this update, that should help a lot of players out when flying is the flap limit warning!!! Bloomin brilliant addition, let’s see if people get better now :guardsman:
