Even traditional games still need to unlock. Otherwise players will not have motivation to play.

I see… But still, giving something (but not many) extra to more paid players is very common.
When do the preorder phase starts on consols? Cannot wait to get this incredible new campaign.

You can play the demo of the campain for free if you want all you have to pay for it.
This is how i understand the modell, switching from full f2p to part time b2p.
In my eyes it is a good switch, i buy it one time and get everythink and with 30€ it is in a good price range, not like some premium squads like the pz 4j for 53€ in berlin.

Will full access open to everyone after CBT?
All experience, received in the battles is multiplied by 4 (accumulates with a premium account, while the speed of receiving soldier and weapons orders does not increase)
So we get adittional XP for unlocking levels but according to the store page this bonus doesnt count for the orders right? So we will be able to move fast through the campaign but still lack orders to equip soldiers or guns…great.

We are not planning CBT. The campaign will be released immediately for all players. It will immediately include players with full access and players who have not bought it.

Right. As for the lack, I would argue with you. 
Silver and bronze applications are common for the entire game. If you farm them somewhere much more, then this will negatively affect the balance in all other campaigns.
Nevertheless, thanks to the simplified pumping, you will still not experience problems with weapons and soldiers in Stalingrad.
