In your years of Playing Enlisted, which Weapon/ Vehicle is more fun than functional

IS-2.

Worse against tanks than SU-100, worse against infantry than T-34-85, but I still like it anyway.

I think anti tank rifles can be actually pretty useful. The german ones are a bit difficult to use, but you can disable some of the early russian tanks with them. The Soviet ones are better. Some tanks you can slowly take down and stop them from doing things while you are doing so. And one of my favourite things to do is shoot the engine of tanks and then throw an explosive pack instead of cooking it. It’s way faster and easier to pull of.

Now more fun than functional for me are:

Bikes: They can be ocasionally fun, but they are rarely as useful as bringing literally anything else. You will likely just be a drag on your team.

Many Planes: I am not just talking about the ones without anti ground here. My reason is that the opportunity cost is farely high unless you’re premium. Cause bringing a plane means not bringing a tank and I’ve found that in most maps tanks are way more useful for actually winning. The one exception for me might be the I-153. It is really good against air and still very decent against ground with how many rockets you have and how accurate you can be with them, due to how well it flies. On top of that the T1 tanks for the soviets are all kinda bad compared to their counterparts.

Bombing runs: They might ocasionally give a lot of kills, but 90% of the time, normal artillery will be better for what you’re trying to do. It doesn’t block your team from artillery for ages and comes in way faster. Smoke artillery is also hugely underused. It might not give you any kills usually, but it completely changes the battlefield and forces the campers in your team to push to actually get kills. 1 Smoke won me a ton of objectives and the main reason I tend to take 1 radio operator squads in my “optimal” loadouts.
