I know I know.. but please give me Tiger

I know i Know, give me friest bazoka, pazercrheck, pazer fauten, and other stuff to kick thos sirius tanks asses.

Kinda irrelevant in-game since Jumbos werent even in Normandy during D-day contrary to Tigers. And balance-wise if you put a Jumbo on the one side you put a Tiger I in the other

Tiger better than Jumbo

88mm gun vs 75 mm,tiger have armor how jumbo + -.

But Jumbo 1944 year
Tiger 1942

Well it is more proper pick against the Jumo than the poor Pz IV

Panther against Jumbo will better

Eh Tiger has more disadvantages than a Panther imo. Anways my point is that putting Heavies in one tree and a medium in the other isnt balanced

Of course Panther more new than Tiger

Except in what matters most, that being the ability to destroy it with lower tier vehicles or infantry carried weapons. The Tiger is immune to flanking from the M5A1 effectively, and Allied infantry-carried anti-tank weapons would struggle.

But yeah, panther is better. But we’re confirmed to get Panthers in Normandy regardless.

Sturmpistole would like to have a word with you sir

Also imo we should get anything more than medium tanks. But since the Jumbo is here we may as well get a tiger :joy:

I’ve posted elsewhere as to my disagreement with the Sturmpistole remaining in game and that it should be replaced with a grenade launcher equipped Kar98k with gross gewehr-panzergranate 46s.

Yeah, this poor thing is so bad in Normandy. Maybe it would make more sense in Moscow idk. But it is too unreliable for normandy

It’s honestly not /that/ bad for what it is, it’d be fine if the Jumbo wasn’t something they wanted to put in Normandy.

But then they put the Jumbo in Normandy.

Idk, i dont think it is good enough even for the Sherman

Graviteam Tactics and Tank Warfare are also good

It’s 80mm of penetration vs 38mm of side armor, and comparable in firing arc to the Panzerfausts. PIATs don’t go through the front of German tanks in game effectively as is either, so I won’t count the Sherman’s frontal armor here, as it’s all side-armor attacks for infantry vs tanks in most cases anyway. (it’s also easier to hit ammo from the side to get a one-hit kill, so it’s also the more effective tactic even if you had excessive penetration to work with)

Fair fair, it might be me than since i prefer explosive packs that the sturmpistole since it didnt impressed me at the start :joy:

I mean, it’s the same deal with the PIAT. Explosive packs are more reliable at killing tanks than any in-game dedicated anti tank weapons. But you get more chances to kill a tank with anti-tank weapons and you have the option to do so at range, most importantly.

Well in my experience PIAT is kinda better than the sturmpistole. But yeah explosive packs are more reliable than both of them
