I really don’t see the problem here.

A squad full of Mp40s is without a doubt less effective than a squad full of FGs and STGs.

Yes, a veteran with MP40s will still win against a newbie with STGs, however a more “fair” system than this can not be created.

A player who plays bad should lose, if you try to remove this basic principle then who’s gonna play the game?
