Well of course - and since Russian speakers are known to refuse to learn a proper international language, they remain in their bubble.
To be fair, everyone has a little bit of bias for their own nations gear - or lets not call it bias, rather “nostalgia”.
But Russian bias in warthunder and enlisted is definitely real among the community.

Never understood these stupid types of nazi codes in peoples usernames. I am against any type of censorship, but your username is so “Nazi” that it probably died fighting in Stalingrad.
