Maybe it means your soldier is 4star and can already select 4 perks when recruited?

Personally I don’t mind as leveling the squad is part of the fun. but for people that wanted it leveled. sucks.
We do het x4 xp speed so won’t be hard… But it’s still a lie and THAT is disappointing

Pretty sure it’s the soldiers themselves that were upgraded
this is the enitre blue tree of medics btw
(there is another xp at the bottom)
it can also only have medics
also seems like they cant equip the Mkb
