Halloween Event?

I’d love a halloween event! Not because I care so much about halloween (just to point out to some people that you can like a halloween event for other reasons aswell), but because I just love a good, fun oriented event. And if they even add some kind of small gifts aswell even better! Even if it’s a melee weapon or a pistol I just love collecting stuff (still kinda sad I missed the M2 Hyde, wanted to buy it but didn’t have the money at the time).

We also had that Summer event, maybe they could do something similar to that. It’s not like they added a bunch of summer-themed items, they just made challenges to be completed for orders (Gold weapon order)

I’m throwing my hat in the ring… I also support the idea of a Halloween event. And why just Halloween? Let’s do an event for Eastern European oriented holidays too! Who knows, some people may even learn new stuff about other traditions… and perhaps a gold weapon order hehehehe

I see nothing wrong with a few-days halloween themed event (which at the very least is more advertising for the game), as long as it’s like in War Thunder and it’s an optional thing running parallel to the normal game.

Random ideas (besides the ones others already said):

  • Zombie war - all soldiers are “zombified”: rotten faces, reduced speed, increased health, downed ones can still crawl and melee, ONLY headshots or explosives can kill. No vehicles.

  • Zombie stand - like above, but it’s normal team vs zombie team.

Halloween themed reward: since there are currently no cosmetics, we could have a uniquely reskinned pistol with Halloween-themed engravings. It would be nice and not immersion breaking for anyone, since in normal game circumstances nobody but the wielder would notice it.

Just give me an option to turn off event textures and I’m fine with this idea.

I think they should take the Nazi Zombies from CRSED and use them for a fun survival event.

Halloween events should be a separate thing, running independently while regular matches are still available.
That’s how they do in War Thunder.
