Great game, too much complain on the forums

MP40 was second to commonality only to the Kar98 every squad had the minimum of 1-2 Mp40’s and the gun served during the entire war the STG-44 at the other hand came late into the war and wasn’t nearly as widespread as the MP40 and again like it or not it’s not that iconic as a WW2 weapon it’s really iconic as an assault rifle, so on a different frame work we are talking ww2 no assault rifle history, also keep a note it not being that iconic doesn’t mean it was unknown

he can handle it nore accept the difference of iconic in ww2 and iconic in modern firearms design

Forum has been slowly turning into toxic swamp for a while now, so don´t be surprised if you sometimes see flames all over the place.
As for complaints… I understand your enthusiasm, but eventually you will also start seeing issues this game have, and attempt to do your part in hopes it will get adjusted/fixed… and perhaps get salty along the way as well.

1-2 Mp40 / squad came late war.
How common it was is completely irrelevant in matter of how Iconic it is, just like Tiger there was handful of them and it is a tank that everyone knows by name.

And wrong again, If the Stg-44 comes up constantly in google search for iconic ww2 weapons, it is iconic as its widely known otherwise it wouldnt come up in google search.
If you consider the google search as incompetent way of figuring out how widely stg44 is known or how iconic it is, by all means join your friend on mission and go figure what “Entirety of humanity” little over 7.6 billion people thinks what are iconic ww2 weapons. Il wait here your results, good luck.

Funny how it seems neither one of you knows what Iconic means yet you so much use it.

You can not just take a word and use it just for your own echo chamber. You have to take into regards everyone when you use words as iconic.

Google gives you the most searched/clicked outcome. The most searched is not what constitutes iconic. That just constitutes what people searching for ww 2 look for. Iconic you have to ask your sister or mom what she knows about weapons. I can quite certainly say that most of our moms and sister rarely search for ww2 weapons on the internet however if you would ask them they have a higher chance to name a mp40 than an stg44.

In media that is output after ww2 the mp40 is showcased unlimited ammounts of times more than the stg44, again a reason it is going to be more iconic.

I can go on but I really dont want to.

I dont see what is funny about the fact people are schooling you on a subject, you fail to get a undestanding and complete lack of knowledge on the subject. Still you attempt to demean me and the other guy who are using these terms correctly. Quite frank this discussion is never going to close because chances are that your combined age/intelligence/stuborness is going to keep this farse going forever.

Have a nice day.
