Is anybody else getting this issue: Glowing red objects on the map? Makes it extremely difficult to see anything…
Friend, please check your graphics card driver or graphics card hardware; this is very likely a computer hardware malfunction.
Other people in the forum have complained about this as well; it’s because of the new update(s). I’m simply trying to find out what it is and what to do about it. Does anybody know?
It’s gone this patch, but last version (Far east update) when I entered indoor in some building it feels like there’re 100 disco balls shooting lasers all over the place. I’m sure that’s nothing about my graphics card.
They got a procedure where you can report the issue with your spec file though.
Cause if you meet problem with performance, the best way to understand what happen (and very helpful for developers) it’s send info on CBR. Community Bug Reporting System
Will need dxdiag.txt, .clog, performance log (.dap)
For create dxdiag:
press Win + R
type dxdiag and press enter
press Save All information
And after that, add selected file
For performances log (if have freezes, fps drops and etc.) we need a performance log.
To create such a log you will need to start the game, enter a battle and press left ALT + F11 to enable or disable the log recording. At the moment of performance drop you will need to mark the time in the log with a single press of the F11 key. After this, a file with the extension .dap will appear in the logs folder “.game_logs”, which should be attached to the report.
If the profiler is launched (Alt+F11), spikes are created in the spikes-date_time.dap; pressing F11 creates - ring-datetime.dap
We will not be able to investigate a problem without a performance log.
And need will be .clog.
The game log .clog is located at <GAME-CLIENT-PATH>/.game_logs folder. You need the most recent by creation date log (after issue occurs).
Note that the game client has to be closed so logs are written to disk.
Take a screenshot in the game and report the problem in the official issue collection thread.
