This is a joke as can be seen by the laughing emoji right after the message.
This is a joke which can be gleaned from context, his previous message was a joke. Additionally the adage of “probably” can be further used to understand that the message was supposed to be delivered in a sarcastic manner, which can not be properly portrayed through text, be that in a conversation or on a forum. The mention of “aliens” further supports the the fact that the message was meant in a joking manner and you reaction is entirely disproportionate to a problem you are imagining because you have failed to understand the fact that the message was a joke and not meant to be serious,
As far as I know, although I may be mistaken, CBT is “Closed Beta Tester”. That person does not work, nor has worked for Gaijin or Dark Force Entertainment, they have merely tested the game during the closed beta phase and have a tag to denote that and how useful testers are during development of a game or anything else.
I am not defending someone “fleecing” me. I am trying to explain to you that he was making a joke. I am also of the opinion that players should be able to properly ban maps. While the matchmaking times would be longer the choice would help with the deserter problem far more than the current penalty, especially because a lot of deserters are done with the TT and have enough research points to unlock anything new instantly. The choice of banable maps should be limited per theatre as an unlimited number of bans could easily lead to longer matchmaking times than before the merge, which partly happened due to dead campaigns and nearly all bot matches in those.
