ah, i presume you are asking about all of them.
well, all premium squads are somewhat like boosters.
you gain more experience from it, and if you are a very casual gamer, those are perfect for you.
you don’t have to think much about the game, and just play.
while gainin experience if you want to try the normal squads.

They earn double XP for campaign progress (which stacks with premium account bonus).
Effectiveness in battle may vary a lot.
I can talk about Normandy LMG bundles: they are good for storming caps and mid range heavy fire, but limited by the 4 man cap. Being 4 gunners with BARs they outgun regular squads up to roughly level 19, when you unlock same (or better - hello MG34) weapons for everybody, at that point they get surpassed by fully leveled regular squads.
