The Gewehr 41 is fine at BR3, it’s the SVT-38 that is the problem. Switching the SVT-38 to stripper clips is the fix. The Soviets have an unfair advantage by having a magazine vs other factions having to use stripper clips.
Will this ever be addressed? I highly doubt it, just as the Dev’s refuse to address the Soviet body armor issue.
Obviously powercreeping BR2 further is the solution instead of fixing what is wrong at BR3.

G41 in br2?
Absolutely not! The G41, is a good semi… it’s just the worst of the TT variants (along type 4)
As @Luvs2spooge said, the G41 isn’t the problem. The problem is, as usual, in the red faction’s hands…
As for G43, if it gets lowered to br3, it would definitely warrant a damage reduction. I certainly do not want that, because I like using it in br4, instead of the bent Czech semi.

I know in game, the Czech semi is great… but I just can’t. I look at it and… “it looks broken”.
I prefer the G43 iron sight, too.
I am exactly the same. Stats wise, I should like the bent pipe more…
But I don’t, the G43 just handles way better for me. Also easier on the eyes.
What’s funny is that the svt38 in br3 handles even better 
The damage per round does the difference. It’s “just adequate”.
But really my favourite is the premium Gerät.

No. As long as Soviet body armor remains in the game, German and Japanese weapons should have higher damage. Damage below 15.3 will not one‑shot cuirassiers even at close range, while SVT does not have this problem.
The Gewehr 41 and Armaguerra Mod. 39 should be the same BR. But finally, the Gewehr 41 is at BR III but Armaguerra Mod. 39 is BR II.
Gewehr 41 should be at BR II because its reload is bad, making it isn’t OP in BR II. Also the Gewehr 43 has the almost same stats with the M1 Garand, SVT-38, Type 4 rifle but why it’s at BR IV? No one know.
Then Type 4 rifle, M1 Garand also have that fast reload too.
Sorry to disagree, but NO, they shouldn’t both be in BR2. As I had said previously, the G-41 “IS NOT” the problem, the Dev’s are the problem for giving the SVT-38 a magazine when it should have come with a stripper clip. So essentially the Dev’s gave the Soviets a BR4 semi auto in BR3. And in no universe is the G-41 and Armaguerra Mod on the same level. 
At the moment, the SVT-38 is essentially on the same level as the BR4 G-43, while the G-41 is on par with the rest of the Factions BR3 semi auto’s IMOP.
What do you have to say about the M1C sniper rifle at BR 4—what is it doing there?
Doesn’t belong on BR II! Buff (reduce) the reload and then Gewehr 41 is fine. Even with the current stats it doesn’tr belong on BR II

Well, I think just remove the Gewehr 41 and replace it with Gewehr 43 at BR III.
