its literally the 5th same low fire rate weapon with 30+ rounds magazine on BR2 Axis TT.
With 800 rpm fire rate it would be way more unique, it would be the first gun in game to fire 9x19mm with 800 rpm fire rate. IDK what else you want for uniqueness.
respectfully, you fail to consider usability.
Liberator is unique but that doesnt mean it adds anything to the game since no one plays it.
Weapons that are worth using make gun play far more diverse.
Im not lying.
But in my opinion the difference between 400 and 500 rpm doesnt make it really different. I will just use the M1 beretta instead.
Besides how often do you see FNAB-43 in normal matches?
So it looks like the new meta for germans in this event is to build AA guns in greyzone and destroy as many planes as possible without even be in any fights as no one can reach them.
Can be applied on anything that is not meta. I think this is a very bad approach. Moreover, completely unrelated to this discussion.
What I know is that I am having fun playing FNAB in its current state. And there’s no other gun that I’ve felt the same way about while playing it.
Instead, we should be asking why we only see certain weapons in such high numbers to played.
Well, we don’t have to. The answer is quite obvious, they outperform the vast majority of their peers. And that means something should be done with them. Not with other weapons, of which there are many more.
I can get behind that, but if you actually start considering realistic nerfs you will soon have to conclude that fire rate and magazine size determine the powerlevel of a submachinegun which is historically given and can only be changed within limited values.
You can counter rof by adjusting dmg per bullet. Especially if you combine it with meaningful difference in reload speeds.
There’s quite difference between MAS and Kiraly.
Yes, plus it’s not gonna happen anyway. Any complex rebalance simply won’t ever happen. It would require way too effort from devs. The best thing they can do is to change stats of 4 things at once.
sounds good in theory but gets difficult quickly.
A SMG would need to do less then 5 damage to get nerfed effectively between 5-6.7 only the range changes, but devs are currently doing the opposite, instead of giving unique damage to weapons to balance them, they tied calibre to damage.
What?? I never frantically push for things to go into BR 2. I push for whatever is balanced and historically accurate. I’ve been pushing for more things in BR 1 and BR 4 for ages so your opinion about me is wrong.
That’s simply because everything on here in negative all the time. Y’all don’t know how to do anything but complain. The event could be better, but i really enjoy the theme and praise the concept behind it. Events are supposed to be just that, an event. Not just normal gameplay that you do regularly. Why should they reward you for playing how you normally do?
@Euthymia07-live For next event for VARIETY and maybe player excitement. Have the squads/ weapons featured as rewards IN THE GAME MODE. USSR vs Japan had the JP Tiger prototype and it gave players a good look at how it performs.
In this event one of the para squads should have been a full Tommy event squad, and one of the Axis infantry should have the Mkb42 15. Even limited to 1 squad to force cycling it would not impact the game balance that much, and help get players acquainted with the weapons/ drive up the hype.
And improve the booster rewards. 1-3 extra weapons for event would severely incentivize purchasing the event pass. 9k silver isint gonna cut it.
Problem is, they tried it already…and the small but loud forum community collectively almost had a stroke because you had to pay to get all rewards. Which i don’t really see a problem with personally
After a couple of days for the shine to fade away, I am now happy to inform you that this event is indeed monotonous event and the score you gain is too low per match.
I will not be looking forward to playing this 4 times a day until I’ve gained all the rewards, and once again we have recieved a event gamemode that I will burn myself out on after being forced to play for over a week every, single, day in a row.
