The US and Japan tech trees have the M13 MGMC and Ta-Se, which are SPAAs, available for free, however the USSR and Germany lacks a freely avaliable one, with the only two being old event rewards. In order to solve this problem (for Germany at least), I propose adding the Flakpanzer 38(t) to the German tech tree at BR1. This vehicle takes the modified chassis of a Panzer 38(t), which was used much at the beginning of the war but was starting to become very obsolete, so starting late 1943 and going to early 1944, some these underwent modification to fill a role better than in it’s original form with 141 made in total. The turrets were removed, the back end was expanded, foldable shielding was added to the expanded section, and a 20mm Flak 38 cannon was installed on the platform. This cannon has access to the PzGr. 40 HVAP round, which would be much more effective against ground targets than the API-T that other German 20mm cannons have in Enlisted, with a penetration of 48mms it will let it partially engage tanks that would be impossible to take on with the worse API-T shell.
