At the end of games players can get rewards for like best Anti tank, a player does does really good can get alot of end game rewards, these also give you more progression multipliers meaning you get more XP at the end of games.
At the end of alot of games a good player ( which im not saying they dont deserve the awards) hog all the Awards leaving everyone else with little of to no multipliers making progression a lot slower after a game.
And its especially after playing an enlisted match that are known for lasting a while, I believe if a player for example destroy 5 tanks they should get Something like “Among best Anti tank” something like that so you could like have 3 people with the Best fighter pilot at the end of a game with the same award.
This would make peoples times actually worth in the match and also a lot fairer for everyone instead of again, one person hogging all the awards.
if people can’t get single award after wasting 20+minute, its kinda their fault. game is already rewarding people for anything from medic to sniper just by playing
If you want an easy award just build rallys, sandbags, ammo boxes, etc. If you do it consistently you can easily get best engineer as large majority of players don’t bother with building things.
The award system can’t really be fair. Armour Crusher (I think that’s what it’s called) is awarded to the person with the most vehicles destroyed and that often are people at the top of the leaderboard. Same with all the Best whatever awards, they’re awarded to the person with the most kills as that kind of soldier/squad or with that weapon.
Building rallies is easy, doesn’t take time and gives loads of points. Continue with building other stuff and staying on the zone and you can get some fairly easily.
Apart from the top three, I don’t think the last seven players should receive more rewards.
They even used better BR2 weapons and equipment, but were fighting passively and prolonging the duration of the battle.
When they played the roles of tanks, aircraft and soldiers, they died the most, but only accomplished a negligible amount of work. So do they need to get more rewards?

I think you might as well choose to donate to the communist party and vote for them to become the president of your country.
