As you can see SIG KE-7 can have a scope and 50 round magazine and will work without a problem however I can guarantee that neither PPSh-41 or STG with WW2 silencers will work.

In general, there were very few DTs with optics. I don’t think the chances of someone removing a machine gun from this small batch from a tank for use in on-foot combat are very high.
But if we’re talking about that, my collection includes pictures of the DTM-44 and the DTM-44 with optics. This machine gun combines the best features of the DT-29 and DPM-44. And yes, I haven’t found any evidence of the DTM-44 being used in on-foot Combat. And especially not its optics-equipped version, which was probably even less common than the DT-29 with optics.
